Am I charged the full amount if the cleaning finishes early?
No, you will only be charged for the time your cleaner spends working at your home.
Does a representative have to make a visit to the location prior to the cleaning?
Definetely not. The whole process of booking can be done exclusively online within a minute!
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
You will have to provide your cleaner with your own cleaning products. This is a safety measure assumed to avoid transporting contamination hazards from one location to another.
What happens if I'm dissatisfied with the cleaning services?
Our company is devoted to keeping our customers happy, thus providing a satisfaction guarantee! If you are not happy with the cleaning, contact us so we can rectify the problem!
Can I get a booking on the same day?
We don’t guarantee we can provide you with the cleaning services the same day you book them. However, if the time allows it, we will make efforts to honor your order on the same day.
Do I have to be at home for the cleaning?
This is up to you. If you don’t want to stay around, you have to provide us access to your house.
Will my cleaner arrive at the exact time as the booking?
Our employees try their best to arrive within the estimated time. However, due to traffic and weather conditions, there may be some delays.
When do I have to pay for the cleaning services?
You will be charged after the cleaning has been completed. The invoice will include the services acquired and the amount of time spent by your cleaner at your house.
Are there any contractual obligations?
Yes, the contract stipulates that if you cancel in the last 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount.
